There is a fake web site up announcing that Rick Nelson, The True Inside Story, Mullholand Days & Nights, Written by Jamie Fresh, is now available on Amazon.com. Of course if you go to Amazon.com there is no such title found in any of their search engines. So either Jamie or someone on Jamie’s behalf put up this false web site. We say false because the book is NOT available on Amazon.com as the site states.
We are presently contacting Amazon.com to let them know that there is a claim of a book available on Amazon’s site that is not found anywhere on the Amazon site. We wonder how well this is going to go over with Amazon and we will post Amazon’s response when we get it. In the mean time you can see the false site for yourself right here. Rick Nelson Book.
What is interesting to note, as we said before, there is not a reputable publishing house willing to take this book on. If you look at the site the publisher of the book is Jamie Fresh himself. Also, there is an ISBN number on the back of the book. We are going to cross reference that number and see what comes back. ISBN’s are tag identifiers as to who the company is that owns the product and it’s catalog number as well as sales price information. This is all easily referenced on the web. We will let you know what comes back on this search.
Also interesting is that there is no price under the ISBN number where one belongs. A sign of a fake ISBN. We are not saying the ISBN is fake at this time, we are saying that the lack of a price under the ISBN is a sign that the ISBN could very well be fake. Otherwise it is a well designed cover. I will always give credit where credit is due.

Maybe they are trying to scam potential investor’s by claiming this book is available. Hoping the parties they are directing to his sites are not computer savvy. I could be wrong but I don’t see any contact information on his book page only that it is available at amazon.com and it is not. It seems a bit fishy…. I would think he would need at least $10- $15,000.00 at a min. to print enough copies of this book to get this started to sell. One poster mentioned that he carried this “one” copy of his book under his arm everywhere. Has anyone inquired if he has permission to use the photos he has on the book front and back. It’s obvious he didn’t take the front cover photo on the book. Just wondering!
